Separate climate controls and vents to make sure that rear seat passengers can adjust the settings to their comfort.
SRX suspension consists of front struts, coil springs and tubular stabilizer bars; in the back of the bar H-arms, coil springs and tubular stabilizer related. All models SRX comes with a 18-inch alloy wheels and P235/65R18 all-season tires. SRX tested is equipped with the optional 20-inch alloys and P235/55R20 Michelin tires. Against the Lexus RX350 continuous popular BMW X3 or Audi Q5, the SRX 3.0L stacking model as a reasonable alternative. So, although more expensive SRX models are decent values, 2.8T SRX is a less than attractive proposition.
The 2011 Cadillac SRX offers two engines – the base 3.0-liter V6 that makes 265 horsepower V6 engine and an optional 2.8-liter turbocharged engine that makes 300 horsepower. Both engines are paired with six-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel-drive is optional.
Some analysts say the basic engine can be sluggish due to low torque output. They recommend a turbocharged V6. However, machines are available for the Performance and Premium trim only. That means you will pay about $ 50,000 or more for those upgrades. Make sure you really need the extra energy before spending money.
According to the EPA, the turbo 2.8L is rated at 15/22 MPG (city / hwy.) Vs MPG 17/23 (city / hwy.) For the 3.0L V-6. For comparison, the Lexus RX350 AWD gets 18/24 MPG (city / hwy.) From the EPA. Enclave even substantially wider and slightly heavier Buick achieve 16/22 MPG (city / hwy.) Exceed city mileage Cadillac and matching highway fuel consumption.
SRX models ranging in price from $ 34,430 to $ 55,850, and is available in FWD and AWD drivetrains. A complete SRX costs significantly more than a loaded Lexus RX350.
